Is The Heat Wave Getting To You?..Cool Down In Merino Wool!..?
Over the past two weeks we have seen temperatures rise, as a heat wave takes over. For many it has been a welcomed break from the usually dull and dreary English weather, but for others it has been crushed by the numerous health warnings. With experts advising to avoid long periods of exposure to the heat and always be sure to find some shade and keep cool to avoid overheating. This reinforces the importance of taking extra care of not only yourself, but also your family, and friends during the hot weather. The heat is especially dangerous for the very young and elderly or those with serious illnesses. More specifically it can cause heart and respiratory problems to get worse, and in extreme cases can lead to heat stroke.
