How Can I Pay For My Order?
You can pay for your items online using our secure sage pay system, or if you do not feel secure doing this, call and pay over the phone (number found below).
We gladly accept most credit and debit cards. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
I am having problems processing my order online what shall I do?
If you are having trouble placing your order over the Internet, simply call us on the number below notifying us of the problem so that we can resolve it as soon as possible, we can then process your order over the telephone.
How Secure Is My Personal Information?
It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organisation; this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form. The information on the order form is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Huggababy respect your privacy and ensure that the information you submit will only be used in accordance with your order and Huggababy.
We provide secure online payment through Sage Pay and ensure any details entered on payment are protected against any unauthorised access. The information passed on to Huggababy after placing your order such as your email address may be used in the future to provide you with upcoming information and deals concerning the Huggababy brand. It will not be passed on to any third parties. Huggababy does not directly receive any of your payment details (such as card details etc) they are sent directly to Sage pay to process your payment

Can I Cancel My Order?
With most orders you can contact us in a timely manner and we will endeavour to stop your items being sent out, but unfortunately, since most orders are processed immediately, after a certain time we will be unable to stop your shipment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. You can however on receipt return the item straight back to us unopened for a refund (refunds exclude P&P).
I was brought a Huggababy product as a gift; can I exchange it for something else?
Yes you can, as long as it has not been opened or used. If you contact us to confirm the exchange and return the unwanted product back to us we will send out the new items on receipt of the returned item
Can I Return my product?
We have a no quibbles return policy. Simply send the product back to us at:

And once we receive the item we will refund your account.
Unfortunately as the postage and packaging has been used we are unable to refund this.
However we hope that you will love our gorgeous Huggababy products as much as we do! Xx
What do I do if my parcel is missing or delayed?
Occasionally parcels take longer to reach their destinations, particularly during the Christmas period and over bank holidays. In most cases parcels will turn up within a couple of weeks.
If your order has not arrived when expected please check with your local sorting office. If you weren't in your postman should have left a card, but cards can easily be lost in a pile of junk mail.
Please note that Royal Mail will not consider first class UK items to be missing until 15 working days after the despatch date.
For international orders they are not considered to be missing until 25 working days after the despatch date. If this is the case we will do our best to trace your item and if necessary replace it for you.
Customer Enquiries via email, how long does it take for a response?
We will respond to all email enquiries within 1 working day where possible, and if for some unforeseen reason we can not reply within 1 working day, we will respond in a timely manner.
