Terms and Conditions

Huggababy Products

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and natural products made here in the U.K. We use many natural materials, such as the beautiful bamboo cotton and merino wool you can find amongst our latest products, along with the award winning 100% cotton twill sling giving your baby the most natural start to life, just the way nature intended! xx

Returns and Delivery

We have a no quibbles return policy. Simply send the product back to us at:

And once we receive the item we will refund your account.
Unfortunately as the postage and packaging has been used we are unable to refund this.

However we hope that you will love our gorgeous Huggababy products as much as we do! xx

Delivery charges are as follows:

£4 per order for all UK Mainland Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
(Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly deliveries incur a surcharge of £5)
£6 per order Europe
£10 per order Rest of the World

All UK mainland orders over £75 FREE

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your sling or any other item for a different size or colour for any reason this is fine. Just post it back to us at the address above with the invoice, and write a note on the invoice saying exactly what you would like us to exchange it for. If the replacement you require is unavailable for any reason then we will contact you to see what you would like us to do.

Missing or delayed parcels

Occasionally parcels take longer to reach their destinations, particularly during the Christmas period and over bank holidays. In most cases parcels will turn up within a couple of weeks.

If your order has not arrived when expected please check with your local sorting office. If you weren't in your postman should have left a card, but cards can easily be lost in a pile of junk mail.

Please note that Royal Mail will not consider first class UK items to be missing until 15 working days after the despatch date.
For international orders they are not considered to be missing until 25 working days after the despatch date. If this is the case we will do our best to trace your item and if necessary replace it for you.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. Please notify us in writing or by email within the 7 day cooling-off period. We request that goods are returned as soon as possible and are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the delivery costs to return the item. We also advice when sending an item back that it is sent via recorded delivery so if needed it can be traced.

Pricing and VAT

All prices are subject to change. The Huggababy brand is VAT registered and VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the prices shown on our website where applicable.
